Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on every digital product sold on this site. If the material does not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase in full.

How to request a refund

1. Reply to your Stripe receipt email or email support@authorityassetgroup.com within 30 days of purchase.
2. Include the order email you used at checkout and the product name.
3. We typically process refunds within 2 business days. The refund appears on your card within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

What we refund

• The full amount paid for the product, including any order bumps included in the same transaction.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Access after refund

Because the products are instantly delivered digital PDFs, we cannot retract the file once downloaded. We ask that you delete the material after a refund is issued. Redistribution of refunded material is a breach of the Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will almost always issue the refund faster than the chargeback process, and it protects both parties.
